For the locals
If you're a UWE student, you'll easily find us in the Enterprise 1 building - it's behind the student union building and past the Future Space building.
Travelling by car
There are a limited number of parking spaces outside of the Enterprise 1 building - ensure you use the postcode at the top of this page, as this will enable you to enter through the West gate, as you cannot access the Enterprise 1 building by car from the other entrances to UWE campus.
- From the A4174/Filton Road follow signs for the MOD, exit the roundabout and then move into middle lane (denoted by the blue line on the map above).
- Roundabout – 2nd exit.
- Roundabout – 1st exit.
- At the barrier access will be given to conference delegates.
- Keep left/downhill until you reach car park at front of EP1 (2nd car park on right hand side from barrier)
If EP1 parking FULL use Car Park 21: From EP1 front entrance, turn right from car park entrance, drive until you come to Car Park 21 (denoted by red line on map above).
NB: No vehicle access through North or East Entrances to EP1.
Travelling by train
Bristol Parkway is the nearest station to UWE. Walking is tricky due to the lack of footpaths, so we recommend either getting the M4 Metrobus to UWE Campus and walking to the venue from there, or getting a taxi from the station to the postcode at the top of this page. A taxi should be under £10, so if you're travelling in a group it might be cheaper to grab a taxi! There is a taxi rank outside the station.
Travelling by bus
A number of buses from Bristol Parkway station go to UWE Enterprise Park 1.
- Head left when stepping off the bus,
- Walk straight up the hill and then follow the pavement round to the right.
- When you reach the path between engineering block (rusty building) and the business block (grey building) turn left.
- Keep the engineering building to your left and follow the path down the hill
- Follow this until you see a right hand turn into a car park.
- From there walk through the car park round to the front of the building as shown on the map.
